Blend of Кремль (Kremlʹ, Kremlin) and блядь (bljadʹ, whore (vulgar)). First used by a rock group "Телевизор (Televizor)" (Televízor) (i. e. "TV set") in a song called "Заколоти́те подва́л" (Board up the basement)
