    The carriage drew up at the end of the lane.
  4. (intransitive) to run down
    Часовникът е спрял.
    Časovnikǎt e sprjal.
    The clock has run down.
  5. (intransitive) to call (at a harbour)
    Онази година почти сто кораба спряха на пристанището.
