2. An informal interjection similar to oh or oops.
   • おう、しまった!
     ō, shimatta
     Oh, no!
     
     
3. An informal affirmative response.
   • A:わかった? B: おう
     A: wakatta? B: ō
     A: "You see?" B: "Got it."
