- Common Andrographis tablets. These are prepared from Herba Andrographis (穿心莲) and are used in traditional Chinese medicine "to remove toxic heat, to reduce heat in the blood and promote subsidence of swelling in the treatment of cold and fever, ulcers in the mouth and on the tongue, whooping cough, phthisical cough, diarrhea and dysentery, dysuria with difficult painful urination, carbuncle and boil, and the bite of venomous snakes".
