Brown granules used in traditional Chinese medicine "to promote the flow of qi and activate blood circulation, to remove blood stasis and dredge the vessels in the treatment of stagnation of qi and blood stasis, obstruction of qi in the chest, cardialgia, coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, and myocardial infarction marked by red tongue with petechia and wiry pulse.
