Usage notes[edit]
- In mainland China, this character, 逕 is considered a variant traditional form of 徑/径 (jìng). The usage of 逕 is replaced by the orthodox form 徑/径 (jìng) which is simplified as 径 (jìng).
- In the Song dynasty dictionary, Jiyun 《集韻 (Jíyùn)》, 逕 is also listed as a variant form of 徑/径 (jìng). However, in modern Taiwan, 逕 and 徑/径 (jìng) are considered as two different characters.
