- The dakuten, which indicates voicing (i.e. ka with a dakuten is pronounced as ga).
- (colloquial) It is also sometimes colloquially used to indicate a strained or shouting vocalization.
Usage notes[edit]
- When used to indicate strained vocalization, a kana can receive only one dakuten regardless of usual voicing.
