It is not true that masculine nouns end always with a consonant. Usually it is true, but the ones with declension pattern soudce and předseda it is not correct.

Feminine nouns end with -a only when the declension pattern is žena.

Neuter nouns end with -o only when the declension pattern is město. Istafe (talk) 16:14, 15 April 2012 (UTC)
