Important note: The description given in the tag is one specific discrepancy; usually it is an indicator that the structure is wrong in some significant manner, not necessarily the header tagged. For example, it may say "(some POS) at L4 not in L3 section" when what is in fact wrong is that the entry has multiple etymologies, but they aren't numbered (example). It is necessary to look at the whole structure of that language section. There may also be other things wrong, as AF will only tag one.
