Ask MediaWiki default ;). It is just a default page created by wiki apparently. - TheDaveRoss

It's a MediaWiki namespace page, so it controls some part of the appearance of Wiktonary's MediaWiki installation.. I'm not sure what this one is for, but unprotecting it would be a major security issue since it would take effect sitewide... If you didn't already know that. 24 02:19, 7 Jun 2005 (UTC)
