- Etwas der Pornografie zuzuschreiben heißt notwendig, beides - das Abstand- und das Anteilnehmen - zu markieren. Das bedeutet, dass eine solche Zuschreibung die Pornografie realisiert, bevor sie sie verwirft. Sie fällt ein Urteil, das an der Evidenz und das heißt der Existenz der Pornografie teilhat und an ihr konstitutiv mitwirkt.
