All those google hits are from the same source. Somebody translated a list of languages into Armenian (badly) which was then proliferated over the internet and got also into wiktionary: Category:hy:Languages. The entry should be deleted, but not because of few google hits (in which case half of Armenian entries could be deleted) but because Star Trek was never shown here and the word has not passed into the language.
