Word division[edit]

This word must be written as one word, without any spaces. Over the past five years or so since people began typing Persian on the Internet, some people have been putting a space in the word, but this is only because they do not know how to keep the letters from combining as in Arabic, or because of Internet software limitations. The code that keeps the letters separate is & #x200c;. It is this quality that makes Persian so difficult for Arabs, because this behaviour is impossible in Arabic. But this word, like many other Persian compound words, is correctly written without spaces. —Stephen 17:22, 3 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
