This entry is for a specific character: ᚁ, Unicode character #5761 (hex 1681): "OGHAM LETTER BEITH". It looks alot like a capital T. See [[w:Beith (letter)] for details.

Note that computers display a generic symbol (often a box) for this and many other Unicode chacters if the font is missing that chacter, but they do not substitute character #1681. Maybe we need some boilerplace for entries of characters not typically included in readers' font sets. Rod (A. Smith) 22:17, 13 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
