I heard it frequently in my GMT/BMT courses: Canadian militia, early 1980s.

A separate issue: I don’t recall seeing it in writing, but the hyphen seems odd to me, and unnecessary.—Odysseus1479 (talk) 20:17, 27 July 2016 (UTC)
