Proper noun ?[edit]
I've never read any source which told that the months names are some proper ones. JackPotte 20:47, 2 January 2010 (UTC)
However a minority of the current months follow this rule (eg: Julys, Augusts). JackPotte 22:37, 2 January 2010 (UTC)
- Months, days of the week, and language names are examples of words that are considered proper nouns by English, but not by almost any other language. The only reason for it is to explain the capitalization. —Stephen 05:05, 4 January 2010 (UTC)

Syllables[edit]
Why isn't there an indication of syllables like Ja·nu·a·ry or maybe rather Jan·u·a·ry? — MFH 15:26, 25 January 2020 (UTC)
