It's standard in UK (and, I suspect, some Commonwealth countries) for a second degree in a science subject (Master of Science), after a BSc (Batchelor of Science), see W:MSc#Taught_postgraduate_master.27s. --Enginear 20:31, 20 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

In OED as M.Sc.

As far as I know, it is M.Sc. Two Periods. I will mark it as sub-standard spelling and leave it as it is commonly used. Andrew massyn 18:49, 22 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
