I would expect this is an Americanism, but wanted to be sure. Also, shouldn't tits up be under the adjectival sense? I haven't heard anything like falling tits up or scrambling tits up, but I have heard The server is tits up. (go tits up would still be adjectival -- cf. go crazy) -dmh 13:52, 14 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- 'to go tits up' is equivalent of 'to fail', 'to stop working' ...haven't heard it used in same sense as 'arse over tit' trunkie 15:10, 14 Sep 2004 (UTC)
