Untitled[edit]

The term "Who cut the cheese ?" was first coined by U.S. soldiers . It seems as though a US made bayonet is compromised by metallurgical insufficiencies that cause them to wreak forever if used to cut a block of cheese. Once someone "cuts the cheese" there is no way known to remove the stench which embeds in the blade and spreads into the scabbard and thusly, with the introduction of recreational drugs into battlefield operations it became the birthplace of stoned out soldiers having pranked a bullied comrade to sit there laughing out loud saying "Wow Man.... Who cut the cheese ?" having ruined their comrades bayonet experience for all time. The idiom went on with the rank smell of such a tainted bayonet even associated with it and became something else as time went on, the history of the issue remains the same regardless, I have the evidence, you can too. Just "cut the cheese" and ruin yourself without even farting at all.Where did it happen first ? I heard about it from a Korean veteran when I was young 45 years ago perhaps earlier than that. — This unsigned comment was added by PoetBill (talkcontribs).

Doesn't sound very likely! Equinox 19:35, 30 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
