Talk:do-gooder

The definition of do-gooder I found is 1.One who advocates or performs what they believe to be the morally superior course of action, even in the face of overwhelming opposition or apathy.

This is not the true meaning as I undeerstand it. Changing it to: "One who advocates or performs what they believe to be the morally superior course of action, even in the face of overwhelming experience or factual evidence that its effect is only irrelevant or harmful."
