fest + werden. -- Prince Kassad 22:28, 18 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yup, delete. Mglovesfun (talk) 22:29, 18 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Given that Festwerden is readily attestable, would this be affected at all by the proposed alteration of CFI? -- Visviva 01:49, 20 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
No, that's a noun (no?) while fest werden is a verb. AFAICT it's to become fast (as in set). Mglovesfun (talk) 20:38, 20 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
D'oh, good point. But the verb festwerden is also attestable; the infinitive is uncommon, but it's easy to find the past participle. Still not sure it matters, though. -- Visviva 02:21, 21 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Look at those hits, the 1400 hits become 331 on the last page, and as often happens (although I have no idea why) I only found one actual use of festgeworden, the rest were either fest geworden or well, nothing. Mglovesfun (talk) 22:45, 21 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
