RFV failed, English section removed (and inflected forms deleted); but I've started Appendix:Fictional English curse words, per bd2412. —RuakhTALK 05:42, 30 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

English usage[edit]

Does the fact that this word has an extensive Wikipedia entry count as adequate criteria to include it in Wiktionary? Personally, I saw this word used in a music video, and came to Wiktionary to find out what it means. I was disappointed to not find anything. Jade Knight 04:36, 20 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Could this be used as a source? I agree with Jade Knight in that the English use should be the frak page or we should have a usable redirect to the appendix of fictional curses. Tydoni 19:07, 1 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

We restrict ourselves to citations from "durably archived sources" Perhaps you could find something at Google frak (BooksGroupsScholar). DCDuring TALK 12:28, 12 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Should we add: FRAK = NYSE Mutual Fund Ticker Symbol of Van Eck Market Vectors ‘’Unconventional Oil & Gas‘’ ETF (Commencement 2/14/2012) ? 108.28.51.115 02:13, 29 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is an uncompleted dictionary of many languages. You can add words, provided you adhere to WT:EL. Fay Freak (talk) 19:14, 19 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
