Rfv-sense: A word spelled the same as another but pronounced differently. Is "isonym" a synonym for heteronym besides having the other claimed meanings? DCDuring TALK 23:14, 17 October 2009 (UTC)

The only sense that b.g.c. is clear about is a taxonomic sense, along the lines of “a name given to a species that has already been named”. We don't have that sense. —RuakhTALK 19:17, 18 December 2009 (UTC)
