I believe knackered also had a meaning in the 70s or 80s to mean sexually exhausted for a man e.g. after ejaculation. The more general usage just to mean tiredness is more recent. This is notable as for people of a certain age it is a vulgar term. (188.222.202.206 15:44, 16 July 2011 (UTC))[reply]
