Tooironic said that they are sum-of-parts. Are they really sum-of-parts? Engirst 00:09, 3 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

From what I can tell, "滥用" means "abuse" and "职权" means "power over others". Does "滥用职权" mean "to abuse power" or "abuse of power"? If so, it may be sum-of-parts. - -sche (discuss) 00:26, 3 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Please see 滥用职权 and 中央集权 for your references. Engirst 00:33, 3 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This user should be blocked straight away. There are too many errors in his/her edits. The Pinyinisation agenda is too obvious. He/she also has a missionary agenda which makes this matter even worse. 60.240.101.246 01:36, 3 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I think the question here is are these either so obviously sum of parts or just plain wrong that they should be speedily deleted with no prior discussion. If not, they should be restored to allow a full deletion debate. FWIW I don't think 12abc has a 'pinyin agenda' any more than Equinox has an 'English agenda' or SemperBlotto has an 'Italian agenda'. Pinyin is explicitly allowed, after all. Mglovesfun (talk) 09:31, 3 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
