- From what I can tell, "滥用" means "abuse" and "职权" means "power over others". Does "滥用职权" mean "to abuse power" or "abuse of power"? If so, it may be sum-of-parts. - -sche (discuss) 00:26, 3 October 2011 (UTC)

I think the question here is are these either so obviously sum of parts or just plain wrong that they should be speedily deleted with no prior discussion. If not, they should be restored to allow a full deletion debate. FWIW I don't think 12abc has a 'pinyin agenda' any more than Equinox has an 'English agenda' or SemperBlotto has an 'Italian agenda'.
