There is nothing legal about reverse discrimination. Under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, it is illegal to discriminate against a member of a majority group, just as it is illegal to discriminate against a member of a minority group.

Since this is a dictionary, not an encyclopaedia, it doesn't go into issues of law (United States or elsewhere). Equinox 21:56, 13 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
