The following documentation is located at Template:ca-sub-pl/documentation. [edit]

This template is a subtemplate used to form the plural part of the inflection line by several Catalan inflection templates.

Parameters[edit]

This template takes four required parameters for the forms, and an optional flag parameter to set inline or table format. This saves the calling template from having to figure out which of these are duplicates, and this template from having to fallback.

Parameter Value
mpl Primary masculine plural form
fpl Primary feminine plural form
mpl2 Secondary masculine plural form
fpl2 Secondary feminine plural form
table Table flag

Usage notes[edit]

Note that in order to detect that there exist two plural forms which can be used for either gender, it is necessary to pass one form to both mpl and fpl, and the second form to both mpl2 and fpl2 mixing them up causes the shared form to not be detected.
