Creates a citation for an article in the journal Popular Science Monthly with links to a scanned and transcribed version held by Wikisource.

Parameters[edit]

The order of the parameters by default is

  1. title of article page = title
  2. volume number = vol
  3. month/year of publication = date

Though if all parameter names are used, the order can be varied. The above parameters are mandatory for a functional template link to be generated.

  • Two optional parameters can be used to override visible text and position on page of work.
    • parameter anchor changes the link position on referred page to a predefined anchor.
    • parameter author includes the name of the author of the article.
    • parameter override_title changes the descriptive text visible for the link.

Note: The parameter volumename is for the use of automatic link creation, using the full "Volume #" from the article page name instead of simply "#" when manually entered.

Mode 1

{{PSM link|title of article page|volume number|month & year of publication}}

All three parameters are required.
