A Problem Noted

The discussion here (Wiktionary:Requests for cleanup#Category:en:Chemical elements) points out that this template, when used within the section for one non-english language, adds the word to the en:Chemical elements category, even though the english sense of the word has nothing to do with chemistry. How hard is it to make this check the language context before doing so? Chuck Entz 17:18, 12 February 2012 (UTC)

Is the lang parameter broken? I add it to an entry (example), but the links continue to have empty lang="" attributes. —Michael Z. 2013-06-24 22:22 z
