The "substub" thing is a convenient way to catch bad entries; changing it to "Definition" makes no sense at all, particularly when the introduction text isn't modified to match!
Try entering a new entry using the preload mechanaism; "en-noun" is the only one with very clear "intro" instructions, yet people still manage to mangle it. If they can't read the lines above, saying to replace "substub" then we really, really, really ought to have a category that catches such garbage entries...e.g. substub.
