[edit] Instructions
To use this template,
- Add {{rfc|short reason here}} to the page source at the top of the page, or the language section, that needs cleaning up.
- Start the discussion on Wiktionary:Requests for cleanup by clicking the (+) link.
If you want to use this on a page which doesn't need cleanup, to give an example rendering, pass the demo parameter, for example {{rfc}} renders correctly, but does not include the cleanup category.
If the entry could do with attention from someone versed in a particular field, add the parameter topic=[topic]; this will add the page (automatically) to Category:Entries needing topical attention and (eventually, manually) to the list at Wiktionary:Entries needing topical attention.

[edit] Overlapping with other boxes
For example, on exegesis, it overlaps with {{wikipedia}}. Someone should have a look at the CSS. H. (talk) 11:10, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
- Ok, shouldn't collide now, but it looks a bit funny when it gets squashed - anyone got any better ideas? Conrad.Irwin 11:51, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
- P.S. I deliberately undid your change to the quote marks, I intensely dislike the curly ones, what's wrong with good ol' ". (Though if the community wants to further propagate these annoyances someone can no doubt change them back) Conrad.Irwin 11:51, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] lang=
Can we add <includeonly>{{#if:{{{lang|}}}|[[category:{{language|{{{lang}}}}} words needing attention]]}}</includeonly>?—msh210℠ 17:24, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
- Sounds like a fine idea. Robert Ullmann 17:27, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
