transitivity span[edit]

It would be cool to have span=abbreviated transitivity, to allow this to appear as "U". Hrm, I better ask this in WT:GP instead? --Connel MacKenzie 06:07, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

That would avoid oddities like "()" and ", label". I think the standard might be UC or something. DAVilla 03:48, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Different language support?[edit]

Could we could do something like {{uncountable|lang=fr}} to change the category from English uncountable nouns to French uncountable nouns or what have you? I've seen some words in Category:English uncountable nouns which make me think wtf that's not uncountable only to click and see it's some translation that's uncountable, and {{uncountable}} is being used, thus categorizing it in the English uncountable nouns cat. This should really be corrected. —Scott5114 [EXACT CHANGE ONLY] 20:13, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Give an example. I don’t follow you. The word pêche, for example, uses {{uncountable|lang=fr}} and it goes to French uncountable nouns, not English ones. —Stephen 20:48, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
