template:de-proper noun

Hi there. Would you like to improve this template, in a similar manner to {{de-noun}}? It still uses keyword parameters (g= and genitive=) rather than positional parameters.

Ok, I've changed it now. But it handled genitives somewhat differently before... it didn't display any genitive at all unless one was provided. I've kept it that way so that none of the existing entries would be broken.
