From tsʼósí (slender, slim), an abbreviation of a once longer name such as kiitsʼósí (slender boy), hashkétsʼósí (slender warrior), cháalatsʼósí (slim Charlie), dághaatsʼósí (the one with a slender mustache), dinétsʼósí (slender person), or hastiintsʼósí (slender gentleman).
