[edit] Origin of my name
Dep. Garcia was derived from Reno 911!'s show on Comedy Central after the actor Carlos Alazraqui who plays Deputy James Oswaldo Garcia.
Since he is a law enforcement figure I decided to use his name. As I am also a Police Officer but a better one than he is.

As of 04th January 2007, A new adopted user name of Dep. Garcia ( Talk | Talk | Complaints ) will be used.
