Google translate[edit]

I don’t know where you found those Khmer words that you entered at strawberry, but you obviously used Google translate to transliterate them. Google translate does a horrible job of transliteration for Khmer. DO NOT use Google translate to get your translations. For the transliteration of first one, ហ្វ្រែហ្ស៍, you put "hvreh" ... that’s nonsense. It would be "frɛɛz". It’s actually just the French word transliterated into Khmer. For the second one, ផ្លែស្ដបូរី, you put "phle st bauri" ... more nonsense! That should be something like "plae stɑ boorii". I don’t know where you got the idea that ផ្លែស្ដបូរី means "having strawberry flavor"...as far as I know, it means nothing of the sort. If you don’t know the language, don’t add the words. You don’t know what you’re doing. —Stephen (Talk) 22:55, 22 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

gooseberry[edit]

Here, the Khmer word you put just means "it is green", and you screwed up the transliteration because you used Google translate again. STOP! Furthermore, ad hominem is not Latin for gooseberry. —Stephen (Talk) 23:05, 22 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
