An archive[edit]

Well, you can add your own links to the archive pages. Maybe there's an automatic script to do it somewhere. I don't know about that. Equinox 21:30, 23 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Deleting talk pages[edit]

It's (almost) impossible for anything to be truly, permanently deleted on a WikiMedia wiki, because of the history/change lists. Things like talk pages would only get deleted in really extraordinary circumstances. Can you explain what the actual problem is? Equinox 02:53, 24 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

English Wiktionary has about 1.3 million entries. A typical entry might be about 250 characters long. So the approximate size of Wiktionary could be something like 325 million characters. It isn't going to benefit us appreciably to delete a couple of tiny talk pages. In fact, since deleted items are preserved in the history, it will probably just make even more data. Vandal is back User talk:Fokiuy[edit]

Hi, you have just greeted yesterday's vandal. Not sure if your greeting comes automatically but user Fokiuy‎ was blocked yesterday for vandalism [1]. Anatoli 04:22, 24 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
