I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wiktionarian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk (discussion) and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~, which automatically produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the beer parlour or ask me on my Talk page. Again, welcome! --Connel MacKenzie T C 03:24, 17 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please review your contributions. They are gradually being moved to the Wiktionary Appendix: pseudo-namespace instead of the main namespace. --Connel MacKenzie T C 03:24, 17 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Iskra[edit]

Hi there. Iskra is not a given name in Bosnian, Serbian, nor Croatian. Possibly in Slovenian. --Dijan 04:01, 23 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

OK. Thanks for the reference. (I'm solely relying on references here.) Of all the names listed in that reference, only a few are first names, the rest are surnames (which is quite logical). However, I'm not sure of the policy of the English Wiktionary on personal names. Usually English names are allowed due to the fact that they carry etymological value. This name also has etymological value, but it is foreign. I will look into it and I'll get back to you. Thanks for the info. --Dijan 01:50, 28 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

etymologies[edit]

Please do not delete relevant and correct information from etymologies. --EncycloPetey 02:28, 17 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
