Alternate[edit]

Would you guys mind if we joined forces with Wiktionary:Word of the day? I have a very attractive template, it is silly to have two words of the day. Iamnotanorange 02:01, 10 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Also, you guys need to work on your words of the day, because cauldron kinda sucks, so does or. About half of those words are implicitly carved everyone's collective mind. Iamnotanorange 02:36, 10 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

RSS Feed[edit]

I know we have it for news, but it would be great for WOTD so we can wipe dictionary.com of the face of the wikiplan- excuse me world.--68.126.6.167 05:21, 25 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

There is a Wikinews RSS feed that includes the Wiktionary WOTD, I've heard. I don't know who pays for it, or how much it costs. Would you like to duplicate that service (i.e. pay for that RSS feed?) If so, let me know what technical details you need to implement it, if any. --Connel MacKenzie 03:51, 25 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know what you mean by pay, can't find the Wikinews RSS feed, only ones they list in WK:RS is newsprint. Just same format as all other wikinews syndications would be great. --68.126.6.167 05:21, 25 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please help test this rss feed. I would appreciate some feedback on it, if it does not work. --Connel MacKenzie 05:40, 29 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
