afiksoido (accusative singular afiksoidon, plural afiksoidoj, accusative plural afiksoidojn)

  1. (grammar) a morpheme which resembles or is treated as an affix, but behaves as a root, in that its position within a word is predictable from Esperanto word-compounding rules (compare afikso)
