  1. to sift
    Darnaach gadrèssel, dar bòotze khimmet gabéent so zòibarnen bon dar büllen.
    After it's threshed, the wheat is sifted to separate it from the chaff.
  2. to rustle (to move with a soft crackling sound)
    's gabéenach bon blaatzen ― the rustling of leaves
