Etymology[edit]

Part of the Capri Collection by fashion designer Sonja de Lennart (1920–), named after her family's preferred holiday destination, the Italian island of Capri.

  1. Casual pants or trousers, usually for women, with the bottom hem reaching to below the knee but above the ankle; usually lightweight and summery.
