  1. (transitive) to leaf through (turn the pages of (a book) rapidly reading short sections at random)
  2. (transitive, baking) to laminate (cause to separate into thin layers)

Conjugation[edit]

With the exception of appeler, jeter and their derived verbs, all verbs that used to double the consonants can now also be conjugated like amener.
