Etymology[edit]

Uncertain. It is speculated to be a variant of bazonga, from bazooka. Attested since the 1970s.

gazonga (plural gazongas)

  1. (slang, vulgar, chiefly in the plural) A large female breast.
    • 1978, Harold Ramis, Douglas Kenney, Chris Miller, Animal House (motion picture), Universal Pictures:
      Aw, don't listen to that jack-off. Look at those gazongas. You'll never get a better chance.
    • 1979, Margaret Oberman, Doug Steckler, I could have been a Contender, page 16:
      You cannot imagine the gazongas on some of these babes! There's one fox who must have a pair of 45s; and does she know how to shake 'em? You bet! It's almost as though she knew someone was watching her gazongas!
