Wikipedia gerah (plural gerahs)
- an ancient Hebrew unit of weight and currency equal to one twentieth of a shekel
- "Each one who crosses over to those already counted is to give a half shekel, [a] according to the sanctuary shekel, which weighs twenty gerahs."[1]
- "Every value is to be set according to the sanctuary shekel, twenty gerahs to the shekel"[2]
