ho- (space, area, things) + -◌́- (ni-modal 3rd person subject prefix) + -∅- (classifier)-yééʼ (neuter imperfective stem of root -YÉÉʼ, “terror”).

  1. to be dreadful, terrifying, terrible, frightening, awful
    Tʼóó bił hóyééʼ.He is terrified.

  2. to be lazy
    Bił hóyééʼ.He is lazy
