Administrators, commonly known as admins or sysops (system operators), are Wikitionary editors who have been trusted with access to restricted technical features ("tools"). For example, administrators can protect, delete and restore pages, move pages over redirects, hide and delete page revisions, and block other editors.

Administrators assume these responsibilities as volunteers; they are not acting as employees of the Wikimedia Foundation. They are never required to use their tools, and must never use them to gain an advantage in a dispute in which they are involved.

Hi, I would become temporary administrator of kyrgyz wikitionary because now here is since a long time that there are no users who contributing regularly, and furthermore there are no admins, the contrary there is much work and a lot of cleaning to do. There are pages to be deleted, others to move, and the first page has need to be reorganized, etc. ... Then we need someone to give a bit look at this wikitionary to prevent that is abandoned at herself and at the vandals. --Reder 10:06, 27 Июнь (Кулжа) 2011 (UTC)

Do you speak kyrgyzian? If not, you can not delete articles. For one admin the wiktionary first need a community. And you write: a long time that there are no users who contributing regularly according to that de kyrgysian widktianary have not a community.
I don't speak kyrgyzian, but I know what I do, I know read well the Cyrillic alphabet and I understand the content of articles. Certainly I don't delete pages without understanding the content, I'm already an administrator on other projects, and I know how to move. Kyrgysian wikitionary have not a community, but I don't want to become a permanent administrator (I wrote wrong before, I corrected); I want to become a temporary administrator, only for a certain period, just because there isn't a community, and then the project need someone that controls and puts in order where is necessary.
