Administrators, commonly known as admins or sysops (system operators), are Wikitionary editors who have been trusted with access to restricted technical features ("tools"). I don't speak kyrgyzian, but I know what I do, I know read well the Cyrillic alphabet and I understand the content of articles. Certainly I don't delete pages without understanding the content, I'm already an administrator on other projects, and I know how to move.
