na- (circuital, atelic) + -ʼa- (unspecified subject prefix) + -Ø- (classifier) + -nish (to work, imperfective verb stem).

Replacing the unspecified subject prefix -ʼa- with the null third-person prefix -Ø- and the null classifier with -l- produces the related verb naalnish.
