pinzimonio m (plural pinzimoni)

  1. A mixture of olive oil, pepper and salt, into which small pieces of raw vegetables are dipped.

      Utilizzatelo freddo sull’insalata, sul pane o sull’avocado, oppure nel pinzimonio.
