1. (science fiction) A robot that performs the duties of a doctor or surgeon.
   • 2005, Alan Robbins, A Small Box of Chaos, page 64:

     Other than the most exceptional transplants, all operations were performed by cybersurgeons. These were robodocs, ArtAn nets hooked up to precision machines. They were exact and fast and dexterous.
